Rabbit's New AI Agent Device Just SHOCKED The Entire Industry...

In a surprising revelation that has sent ripples through the tech world, Rabbit unveiled a dedicated hardware device built around a large action model rather than a traditional app-based assistant. Instead of tapping through interfaces, the device is designed to carry out tasks — booking a ride, ordering food, playing music — directly on the user's behalf.

The pitch is a return to single-purpose hardware in an era dominated by smartphones: a pocketable device whose entire interface is a conversation, with the underlying "large action model" trained to operate other apps and services the way a human would.

Whether dedicated AI hardware carves out a lasting niche next to phones remains an open question, but the device has become a frequently cited example of how agentic AI is starting to move off the screen and into physical products.
